Allan Kaplan
President and Chief Executive Officer
Allan Kaplan serves as the President and CEO of IPRO. Prior to joining IPRO, Allan was a principal merchant banker of MainStream Investments where he led investments in a variety of ventures over a 15-year period. Allan also spent 10-years at Goldman Sachs. Allan holds a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) and a B.A., with honors, in economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Christopher E. Butler
Chief Technical Officer and Chief Operating Officer
Christopher Butler serves as the CTO and COO of IPRO. Chris joined IPRO in 2001. He drives the vision of IPRO’s products and has continually evolved the company’s capabilities over the past five years. Prior to joining IPRO, Chris led the development of a few world-class portal platforms and built one of the top 50 largest websites. He also spent the previous 8-years building expert systems for a number of government agencies. Chris holds a M.S. from the George Washington University and a B.S., with honors, from Indiana University.

Jennifer Stephan
Vice President, Engineering and Operations
Jen Stephan serves as the Vice President of Engineering and Operations of IPRO. Jen joined IPRO in 1998, and she has held numerous engineering and management positions throughout her tenure. Jen is responsible for directing IPRO’s day-to-day research and technology development activities. Prior to joining IPRO, Jen worked at Oracle and Omnis Software. Jen studied computer science at Stanford University.

Lesley Kim Grossblatt
Vice President, Product Marketing
Lesley Kim Grossblatt serves as the Vice President of Product Marketing of IPRO. Lesley joined IPRO in 2006, and directs IPRO’s marketing and product management efforts. Lesley previously served as Director of Product Management for Colarity, a CRM software company, and as a media/political consultant. She began her marketing career as a marketing manager for West Publishing, the world’s largest legal publisher. She holds a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a B.A. from the University of Chicago.
